Hi I’m Einar. I’ve spent the last eight years of my life working out how to lose weight, get fit, and stay healthy with the least amount of effort possible.
I have a busy life. Through my 30s I knew that I wanted to stay healthy and hit the big 40 in good shape.
As the demands on my time and energy grew, my regime needed to be ultra simple.
Anything time consuming or complicated was doomed to fail. It would be too easy to make an excuse not to exercise, not to eat well.
Over time I developed and refined my routine to maximise impact and minimise effort. I entered my 40s in better shape than my 20s.
I want to share with you what I’ve learned and how I’ve achieved it. I’m convinced it is one of the easiest and simplest ways to get into shape and stay healthy.
My approach is founded on maximising efficiency. Investing as little effort as possible whilst delivering maximum results. Over time I have focused on three key areas:
- Mindset
- Exercise
- Food
I’m not an athlete or a mega gym guy. I’m not a scientist. I’m not a nutritionist or dietician. It is simply a record of what worked for me.
I don’t follow a regimented diet or brutal workout routine. But I’ve changed how I think about food and exercise in a way that has transformed my health, fitness, and physique.
We all have busy lives but it’s never too late to make a change.
The foundation of what I did was to make it as pain free as possible.
I’d like to share with you what I did and am still doing today.
My philosophy to exercise, eating, and health is as follows:
- It must be super simple to do.
- It must be super easy to do.
- It must take minimal mental and emotional effort.
- It must get results.
If it fits the above I will do it. And I will tell you about it.
Thanks for reading.
